Houghton Mill is the oldest working watermill on the River Great Ouse, and one of the few remaining working watermills in England. This beautiful 17th-century timber-framed mill sits peacefully on an island in the river, surrounded by meadows and wildlife.
The 30-minute walk from Huntingdon Boathaven takes you through beautiful riverside meadows, making it a wonderful half-day excursion. End your walk with tea and cake at the mill's charming tearoom.
